Sunday Worship

We worship every Sunday at 9:45am.

There is Adult Sunday School from September through May at 9:00am.

What to Expect

We practice a “liturgical” form of worship, following the same basic pattern the Christian church has used since its beginning.

Worship is for all ages. We have a "Pray and Play" space for children to be during worship so that they can remain a part of the congregation and participate as they are able.

We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion every week with an open table to all who believe. There is no membership or age requirement to commune at the Lord's Table and receive God's grace.

Youth and Family Ministry

We have an active youth ministry and welcome new friends to join us. We offer confirmation for grades 6 and up. We have monthly family friendly events for all to enjoy. And children are always welcome in worship, especially with our "Pray and Play" space in our sanctuary. We firmly believe that the youth are the church NOW and not the future and strive to help them grow in their faith and understand the role of the church at any age.

Bible Studies

Every Monday at 6:30pm our group meets to talk about scripture and our faith in daily life. We always have great conversations that help us dive deeper into scripture and struggle with the questions that we have no answers to. Our studies change throughout the year, but anyone is welcome to join us at any time.

Partner Ministries

We acknowledge that our church is a part of the greater Church and work with larger organizations to provide ministry on a larger scale. We partner with Lutheran Disaster Response and ELCA World Hunger to provide ministry both domestically and abroad.

Camp Sequanota

We partner with our local Lutheran camp, Camp Sequanota and send a majority of our youth to camp every summer. They provide opportunities for our youth to experience the beauty and wonder of God's creation while developing their faith in a safe setting surrounded by their peers.

Ecumenical Partners

St. Luke's is an active part in the Roaring Spring Ministerium as we work together to bring God to all people. We've participated in the Community Worship, Prayer Walk, Community Sunrise service and other community wide events that the ministerium has orchestrated.
